Webcast: Personnel planning goes hand in hand with financial planning

21.01.2020 - 16:00 to 16:45

Employees are a key success factor for companies. Against this background, the systematic use of human resources and efficient personnel management are indispensable for business success. In many business models, human resources are a considerable part of the cost structure and therefore require special attention in the context of financial corporate planning.

In our webcast, you can find out how personnel planning is intricately linked to financial planning in modern planning and how you can generate consistent planning throughout. In particular, we focus on the following areas:

Headcount and FTE planning:
By providing contractual regulations (salary, weekly hours, bonuses, etc.), the capacity utilization and the qualification, both the capacities and the costs can be determined automatically. We also show alternatives for less complex planning approaches.

Driver-based planning:
In addition to calculations for capital-forming benefits, non-cash benefits and other benefits, it is possible to initiate further driver-based calculations. For each employee, training measures and IT costs are defined and can automatically be calculated thereby securing that the data is integrated and consistent at the same time!

Control information for further sales, e.g. in the service sector:
Personnel planning can be used as a starting point for further service/utilization sales.
We will explain the underlying concepts based on practical examples and show technical solution scenarios.
